In a warm and friendly place, the Gardette family offers a cuisine based on farm and local products. Discover our specialities: meats (ham, poultry…) baked on a spit in the big fireplace in the middle of the restaurant room, delicatessen, Fourme d’Ambert pie, cabbage cake, pudding pie, potatoes gratin, farm cheese, homemade desserts…

Please book because we only prepare fresh products. For workshop and meeting, a room is available to work quietly.
Sale of the farm products: delicatessen transformed here without dye or preservatives and vacuumed. Pigs are slaughtered from 150kg and poultry at 6 months. These animals are fed with cereals and outside for poultry. The bovine meat comes from 3 years old heifer.
Products available the whole year: homemade terrine (pig), homemade rillettes (pig and poultry), ham, sausage
Fresh products available on booking: fresh sausages, chipolatas, pudding, pie, bovine meat
Other specialties are available according to the seasons!
The farm: situated on 100ha grassland with a 160 limousine race cattle herd (for meat) including 65 suckler cows and 15ha of cereals. Very few chemical products are used to work as naturally as possible. Pigs and poultry raised for the inn and the sale are produced naturally. Vegetables served at the inn are grown in our gardens.
You can visit the farm! Children and adults, school groups can visit a farm integrated in the sustainable agriculture. A meal to the farm can be possible.
